Your local depot enters your delivery references into Amazon’s CARP system.

Amazon sends an appointment confirmation with a unique reference.

On delivery day, our driver confirms arrival, and proof of delivery (POD) is uploaded to your portal.

- Amazon Carrier central will email an appointment confirmation to the delivery depot which will include a unique appointment reference.
- The booking is entered on the Palletways system, so it is visible for customers. It contains the Amazon appointment reference, date and time of booking.
- On the day of delivery, the driver will confirm arrival and proof of delivery will be uploaded to the portal.
